What information is needed for a restaurant or retail buildout?
Share architectural plans, the intended use, equipment and fixture information, and available details of existing HVAC and utilities. Restaurant equipment and layout decisions can affect ventilation, electrical loads, and plumbing connections.
Can a brand's prototype be reused at a new location?
A prototype can inform the design, but existing equipment, utility capacity, climate, layout, and local requirements differ by location. Each site needs its own review and coordinated adjustments.
Are fire protection and energy reports always included?
No. They are identified during scoping based on the building, jurisdiction, and requested services. Confirm which fire-protection, energy-compliance, and low-voltage deliverables are included in your proposal.
How do you coordinate with structural and civil design?
Equipment locations and loads can affect structural design, while building utility connections need to align with civil layouts. Architectural plans provide the shared reference for reviewing these interfaces.
