4. Calls, call tracking, recordings, transcriptions, and AI notes

We may use call tracking and business phone systems to route and manage calls related to the Site. Calls may be routed or forwarded through third-party business communication providers.

Calls may be answered by Builder Scaled team members to vet leads, collect initial details, and route inquiries appropriately.

Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed by phone, communications, and call tracking providers, and AI-generated call summaries or notes may be created within third-party call tracking, communications, CRM, or similar technology platforms, subject to the settings and features enabled. If recording is enabled, you consent to such recording and processing by continuing the call where permitted by law. Where required by law, additional consent may be obtained.

5. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to customer inquiries, understand project requirements, communicate about products and services requested by the customer, coordinate quotations, request or review project information, provide customer service, schedule follow-up communications, and otherwise respond to the purpose for which the information was provided.

Leads and related records may remain in Builder Scaled’s CRM until they are deleted. If you request deletion and we are able to verify your request, we will delete or deidentify your information unless an exception applies under applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights
