Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases
Builder Scaled LLC provides a conversational, non-marketing SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include responses to project inquiries, project requirements, quote requests and follow-up, requests for drawings or additional project information, scheduling, project or permitting updates, and customer service communications.
Opt-Out Instructions — Text STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS message from Builder Scaled. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through our website.

Message Frequency and Message/Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project, and communications with Builder Scaled. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile telephone number provided to participate in the Builder Scaled SMS messaging program.
